The number of corona patients has started increasing suddenly. Due to this, an atmosphere of fear has spread among the common people. However, experts have expressed the possibility that a new subtype of Corona has been created and it is possible that the level of antibodies in the body has decreased to deal with it. Therefore, experts in the health sector have predicted the possibility of an increase in the number of corona patients.

Due to vaccination, the level of anti-coronavirus antibodies produced in the body gradually decreases and their effect is reduced. As a result, there is a possibility of an increase in the incidence of a new subtype of Corona, said the secretary of the Mumbai branch of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Bharat Jagiasi. Anti-coronavirus antibodies exist in the memory of disease-fighting cells in the body. Therefore, when the spread of coronavirus starts to increase, these antibodies will be ready again to reduce the effect of the virus. But since the new subtype of Corona has some different properties, it is likely to take some time for these antibodies to become alert. Until then, the number of corona patients will increase, but due to the antibodies in the body of citizens, the death rate due to corona will be very small. Therefore, there is no need to fear the increasing spread of Corona. But citizens need to take proper care, Dr. Jagiasi said.

It has been a long time since the citizens got the vaccine. Therefore, if there is a new subtype of Corona, it is likely to take some time for the antibodies in the body of the citizens to become alert to deal with it. The former founder of KEM Hospital Avinash Supe said that it may increase the number of corona patients.
