With the beginning of June, we have now stepped into Lockdown 5.0. As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) the restrictions now will apply more on the containment zones and businesses can start to function in the other areas.
Navi Mumbai (NMMC) as on May 31, had 785 active cases. There are 1,346 patients that recovered from Coronavirus in this area. The death toll stands at 73 for Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporated.
In comparison, Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) has 1,600 active patients. There are 1,343 that have recovered and the death toll is at 89. As on May 31, KDMC had 650 active patients, 355 that had recovered and 29 who had succumbed to the disease. Finally, in Mira Bhaynder Municipal Corporation (MBMC), the count of active patients stands at 304. 405 people have made full recovery and 29 have died due to COVID-19.
