The JJ hospital administration is constantly striving to provide the best treatment and up-to-date facilities to every patient who comes to the hospital. From that point of view, a state-of-the-art and up-to-date surgery department was started in the hospital recently. In the same background, the operating room and patient room of the hospital will be updated. The hospital administration has sent a proposal in this regard to the government.
The hospital administration is trying hard to ensure that every patient who comes to the hospital gets the best treatment. For this, the administration is making efforts to update the hospital facilities. It is also getting positive responses from the Medical Education Minister, Health Minister, Mumbai City Guardian Minister, City Collector. That is why the process of updating many departments is going on in the hospital.
A proposal has been sent to the state government for equipping the nose, ear, throat department, orthopaedic surgery department, children's department and surgery department in the hospital. It has also been decided to update four patient rooms like the surgery department. Accordingly, the proposal regarding upgradation of Neurology Department, Surgery Department, Cardiac Surgery Department and one other department has been sent to the District Planning Development Committee (DPDC). After the acceptance of both these proposals, J.J informed that the construction of a modular surgery theatre and modern patient room will be started in the hospital, informed dean Dr. Pallavi Saple.
