Mumbai - BMC brings in the good news for their women employees. BMC has increased the maternity leaves from 90 to 180 days. Not only this, they will also pay for it. However, BMC has put forth one condition. They are making their women employees sign a bond, which states that post pregnancy, they cannot leave BMC for 2 years. If at all, post pregnancy, any woman resigns, they will have to pay back the money to BMC.
