Mumbai - Non-Pharmacists have to take permission from the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) to sell the medicines at the wholesale rate. This rule has been passed by amending Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Until now both the pharmacists and non-pharmacists were doing the business of wholesale medicines. This act raised questions and doubt about the medicines been sold. In regard to this problem, the act has been passed which shall come to an agreement in the month of April. Maharashtra Chemists and Druggists Association has opposed this new amendment.
