ZyCoV-D and Covaxin are the two COVID-19 vaccines for the immunization of children aged between 2-17 years. They are expected to be introduced together under the country's coronavirus immunization programme by December end. Meanwhile, Word Health Organization (WHO) has already granted Emergency Use Listing (EUL) to Bharat Biotech's Covaxin.

Maharashtra has already crossed the 100 million vaccination mark.
