The number of Coronavirus cases in Maharashtra has increased to 15. With the number of patients increasing the government is trying to take all necessary measures to ensure safety and health. In fact, officials have issued notices to avoid crowding in schools, colleges and public areas until March 25, 2020. Moreover, the centre has announced that all the visas have also been cancelled. 

So far, 73 confirmed cases of this infection have been reported from India, which also include 17 foreign nationals. Reports also state that three suspects of coronavirus have been found in Thane, though no symptoms have been detected yet. But as a precaution, these people have been asked to stay at home for 14 days to ensure safety.

The authorities said that Thane is adjacent to Mumbai and hence many tourists also visit the localities. Hence, immediate measures were needed to prevent the virus from spreading. '

Keeping the seriousness in mind, Delhi government has also planned to keep the state shut until March 31, 2020. Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday, March 12, announced that schools, colleges and cinema halls will remain closed as a precautionary measure.
