The most expensive apartment transaction took place in Mumbai, which is considered as the most expensive in India, where an industrialist bought a penthouse in a Worli luxury tower for INR 240 crore.

Chairman of Welspun Group, B K Goenka, bought the triplex in Three Sixty West, a luxury project on Annie Besant Road in Worli (via a group company), as per reports from Times of India.

As per the report, the penthouse is located on the 63rd, 64th, and 65th floors of Tower B. Moreover, It is 30,000 square feet in size.

Last week, family members and associates of D’Mart founder Radhakrishna Damani in Mumbai bought as many as 28 housing units worth INR 1,238 crore.

In Worli, Damani and his family paid a total of INR 1,238 crore for 28 flats in Oberoi Realty's opulent Three Sixty West project.

Oberoi realty group is developing the Three Sixty West project. The residences will be located in Tower B, while Tower A is designated to be a hotel.
