Mumbai- SRA has sent notices to 114 builders who were supposed to redevelop but did not do so. This black listed developers also includes MHADA. MHADA was going to redevelop SRA buildings in Bandra Reclamation but did not do so. So SRA sent notice to the MHADA’s president Sambhaji Zende. “To teach these developers a lesson we decided to send the notices. If these developers fail to reciprocate then stern action will be taken," said Vishwaas Patil, SRA officer. Meanwhile, MHADA president Zende clarified that he has not received any notice. He also said that the projects which are postponed have technical difficulties.
