Radisson Mumbai Goregaon has come up with a Hi-Tea Monsoon special menu. The monsoon menu includes delicious puffs, macaroons, muffins, cookies and finally to complete the snack time Chai Latte.
Radisson Mumbai Goregaon celebrated relationship of chai and creativity with launching their monsoon menu with Team Chumbak. This event was held at 180 Degree dining which was attended by noted lyricist Swandand Kirkire, who's playing the lead role in the Marathi film Chumbak. Along with him, Director Sandeep Modi and producer of film Chumbak Naren Kumar also attended this event and shared many interesting anecdotes related to their movie.
During the event, GM of Radisson Mumbai Goregaon, Ajoy Balkrishna, shared his idea behind Monsoon menu. Also, there was a surprise tea-making competition held between Team Radisson and Team Chumbak.
Chumbak is an Indian Marathi-language slice of life drama film directed by Sandeep Modi, produced by Aruna Bhatia, Naren Kumar and Cape of Good Films and stars a renowned lyricist Swanand Kirkire in the lead role. Akshay Kumar who found it "honest and pure", went on to present it, making his Marathi cinema debut as a presenter.
The plot of movie Chumbak revolves around the friendship of a restaurant worker boy – Baalu – and a simple mentally-ill middle-aged village man – Prasanna (Swanand Kirkire) – who are thrown together due to circumstances.
