This is the second cricket watch created by Hublot since its association with ICC began. The first watch was created as a limited series for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015
Indian cricketer and Mumbai Indians' captain Rohit Sharma recently unveiled a limited edition Hublot watch. The watch has been made to commemorate Hublot’s role as the Official Timekeeper and Official Watch of this summer’s ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 in England and Wales.
The Hublot Classic Fusion Chronograph ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 only consists of 100 pieces and has a titanium case body. The grey and red detailing found in the dial, satin-finished and polished ceramic bezel are inspired by the colour palette of this year’s event logo.
Interestingly, the hands of the twin counters for the chronograph minutes and small seconds are shaped like cricket bats. The triple appliqué hour marker at 12 o’clock mirrors the three wooden stumps guarded by a batsman.
