Owned by billionaire Adar Poonawalla, it is a 50,000 sq feet heritage property located at Breach Candy, Cumballa Hill. It costs a whopping 750 Crores. According to reports, it was earlier used as the US Consulate in 1957. Cyrus Poonawalla then bought this from the US government for nearly Rs 7.5 billion.

Located at Malabar Hills, it is owned by the big bull of the stock market RadhaKishan Damani, and it costs more than 1000 crores. Damani, the founder and investor of D-Mart bought the property with his brother, Gopikishan Damani.

Situated in Pali Hill Bandra, it is worth around 5000 crores and is owned by Anil Ambani. According to some reports, it is laid out over an area of 1600 sq feet. In addition to this, a group of international designers curated the interiors of the house.

Owned by the promoters of Raymond, Gautam Singhania and his family, it is situated at Breach Candy, and costs approximately 6000 Crores. Based on some accounts, it is believed to be the second tallest building in the island city.

Situated on Altamount Road, one of the most exclusive roads in Mumbai. It is owned by billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani, it reportedly costs around 12000 crores. It is the most expensive house in the world after Buckingham Palace.
