Heavy thunderstorm lashed especially south-central Mumbai with 81mm rains in Colaba & just 3.5mm in Santacruz. Around 40-50mm in other parts of South Mumbai. As I said earlier from here on expecting a huge difference in rains in different parts of Mumbai region as these thundercell.
MET had issued a red alert for today and predicted heavy rainfall but it seems to be bright and sunny in some parts of the city.
