Director Ravi Jadhav’s Marathi film Nude has received A certificate from the CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification), without any cuts. The director took his Twitter platform to thank the team of CBFC board.
Ravi wrote, "Our film Nude received an 'A' certificate without any cuts! The entire CBFC special jury team headed by Mrs Vidya Balan gave us a standing ovation! Thank you, everyone, for your kind support."
Nude is based on the struggle of a woman who is secretly working as a nude model in Mumbai. the film was pulled out from the Goa’s Indian Panorama section of the 48th edition of the film festival (IFFI) last year as the clearance procedure was pending from the censor board.
Starring Chhaya Bhutkar, Kalyanee Mulay, and Om Bhutkar Nude’s release date are yet to be announced.
