Over the last many years, if there is one singer who has made us enjoy songs with her melodious voice, it is Shreya Ghoshal, and she requires no introduction. In the league of young singers, for the men, it is the versatile Armaan Malik who has impressed us with his choice of songs.
Watching the two collaborate will be nothing but a musical treat, and now even that has been made possible. Shreya Ghoshal and Armaan Malik will be pairing up and singing for the first time ever, for T-series MixTape 2, presented by Amazon Prime music and there could be no one better who could kickstart this new season.
Recreating a recent classic from a slow and sad number to a peppy and lively number as Shreya Ghoshal seamlessly adds her zing to the song, one can expect a beautiful rendition of a medley.
Talking about her performance, Shreya Ghoshal shares, “Keeping in mind the songs chosen for the recreation, when Music Director Abhijit Vaghani and I were going through the list of artists performing this season and Armaan Malik’s name popped up, it was an instant YES because - ‘he’s a talent to watch out for’! Our fan clubs have been waiting to see us together and finally, here it is.”
Commenting on the same, Armaan Malik says, “I am extremely excited about singing and sharing the stage with Shreya Ghoshal because it’s always been a dream to sing with her and this is the first time we are coming together. This is going to a memorable performance of mine.”
The season will open with the two brilliant singers on March 25, 2019.
