Bhandup - Rock band show was organised on Sunday evening in Kokan Nagar by Yuva Foundation and Jitendra Ghadigaonkar. Much Indian rock band performed at the event which includes Melody Front, Asar, Singer Shaan and lead singer of the Sparsh band, Soham Pathak. Singers not only performed in Hindi songs but in local language Marathi too. Singer Shaan created a melodious atmosphere with his performance on Tanha Dil, Tanha Safar, and Dil Chahta Hai. Rangoli was also designed to pay tribute to accomplished personalities which includes music composer Sudhir Phadke, Bhimsen Joshi, Amrish Puri, Evergreen Rekha, Amitabh Bachchan and much more. Present at the rock show were Cabinet Minister Prakash Mehta, Minister of state for health, Ravindra Chavan, Neil Somaiya, Senior Inspector of Bhandup Police station, Shripad Kale.
