Sunburn, Asia's biggest electronic dance music festival kick-started its 12th Season with the announcement of Sunburn City Festivals which makes its comeback after 2 years. The mega multi-city festivals, which will be held on October 5, 2018, in Bengaluru, followed by a two-day festival from October 6 and 7, 2018 in Mumbai and Delhi NCR simultaneously. These City Festivals will give the fans a taste of the Sunburn Festival with larger than life experiences and a stellar artist line up along with an array of activities and a curated F&B offering.  

The stellar line up includes Above & Beyond who return to Sunburn after 7 years, Yellow Claw who return to India after 2 years, the elusive trap DJ Malaa, with Moksi, and a very special guest - Kristian Nairn, who is famed his character "Hodor" in the series Games of Thrones among a host of other homegrown artists.

City Festivals are planned as a build up to the much-awaited flagship Sunburn Festival 2018 which is slated to take place at the Oxford Gold Resort in Pune from 29th December to 31st December 2018. The festivals will feature cutting-edge technology, mind-blowing SFX, and state of the art production. 

Commenting on the commencement of Sunburn City Festival 2018, Mr. Karan Singh, CEO, Sunburn Global said, 

"Given the immense popularity of Sunburn and the ever-growing demand for more Sunburn events across the country, we're glad to bring the City Festivals to Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR. These festivals are also an attempt to give fans a taste of the true Sunburn Festival vibe and haven't experienced previous Sunburn Festival editions or find it difficult to travel outside their city to attend our events. We feel the mix of artists is one that fans have being wanting to watch perform live and represent multiple genres of dance music. The tickets for Sunburn City festival and tickets at ₹1500. Below are the details of the artists who will be performing at Sunburn City festivals.

Above & Beyond - a world-renowned electronic music act.  The trio has been consistently ranked among DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJs Poll, having placed at #6 in 2007,  #4 in 2008 & 2009, #5 in 2010 & 2011 and most recently at #27 for 2017. They have worldwide hit records like Sun & Moon, Always, Love is Not Enough to name a few. The trio has performed in every prestigious festival, club and music hall around the globe.

Yellow Claw - a Dutch DJ and record production duo from Amsterdam consisting of Jim Aasgier (born Jim Taihuttu) and Nizzle (born Nils Rondhuis). The duo's music is a mix of a wide range of genres and often incorporates elements from a trap, hip hop, dubstep, big room house, hardstyle, and moombahton. They currently hold #57 position in DJ Mag top 100. They have major hit singles like Till it hurts, Shotgun, Catch me, DJ Turn it up, Public enemy, Ocho Cinco, Slow Down, etc.

Malaa - an electronic music DJ and producer, who is signed to Tchami's label Confession. He broke onto the electronic music scene through his single "Notorious", which was the second release on Confession. His identity is unknown, and he appears in the public as a balaclava-wearing man. He is having major releases like Notorious, Fade, Kurupt, Diamonds, Fade etc. 

Kristian Nairn  - a Northern Irish actor and DJ. He is best known for his portrayal of "Hodor" in the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones. He is a progressive house DJ and went on multiple tours as "Rave of Thrones" and performed multiple times at famous festivals & clubs around the globe.

Moksi - a DJ formation that started in the course of 2014. Sam O Neall and MC DMC together form the group. The style that is mainly played is a combination of different genres, with an emphasis on the newer genre bass house. Moksi distinguishes itself by wearing the same outfits, always with a recognizable hat.
