Mumbai – Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray questioned Finance minister Arun Jaitley that why was demonetization not announced in last year's budget? He further added that promises made in the last budget are status-quo. “Government has earned enough income because of demonetization, still they are eyeing common man by sidelining those who evade taxes,” said Uddhav Thackeray.
He took a dig at Modi government saying that common man will never overcome the demonetization aftereffects. “If the acting government is not baled to keep their promises then why they present new budget,” concluded Uddhav.
