Juhu- As BMC elections are nearing, BJP- Congress is trying to rope in votes. This has started with Chhath pooja wherein both Congress and BJP organised the same at Juhu Chowpatty. However, chhath pooja which was organised by Congress garner more attention than BJP. “This is very unfortunate that BJP is playing politics over Chhath pooja festival which is so pure. BJP is infamous party who plays politics over religious sentiments. I got enraged when I got to know that BJP is also organising Chhath pooja and so I wrote letter to CM. However, they went ahead and organised under their party’s name. Even I have party but I am not flaunting it”, said Mumbai Congress President Sanjay Nirupam. Well, Congress and BJP tried their best to attract north Indians by organising Chhath Pooja but the final score will be displayed in BMC elections.
