Facebook User From Andheri Booked For Using Foul Language Against PM Modi

As per reports, the user used provocative language against PM Narendra Modi calling him an 'anti-national'


An unknown Facebook user used provocative language against PM Narendra Modi and called him an 'anti-national'. After receiving a complaint from a BJP Yuva Morcha worker, an FIR was lodged in Andheri Police Station.

The Facebook user has been identified as Anil Bhavisjar who had also tagged an Arvind Kejriwal fan page on the post. The accused has also used foul language against PM Narendra Modi's mother Heeraben Modi.

He has been booked under section 500 (Punishment for defamation) 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of IPC and section 67 (Punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT act.
