Nariman point -Intelligence services have issued alert to the state government. In forthcoming winter session, there is the possibility of a terror attack on Vidhan Bhavan fake car pass or hijacking government vehicle . Due to this now strict parking rules are applied in the Vidhan Bhavan area . now no minister , including Chief minister can park his/her vehicle on the premises . These are precautionary measures to rule out any possible terror attack , says deputy speaker Manik Rao Thackeray .
