Chembur – During Ganesh Utsav, banner were placed in large number. The Bombay High Court orders of prohibiting putting up of illegal hoardings and banners. Several political parties, including private institutions put up their banners over Ganesh Utsav. Even after the court order, BMC has not excluded the banners.
