Mumbai - Maharashtra’s chief secretary Swadhin Kshatriya published Diwali special issue of the in-house magazine ‘Aapla Mantralay’ in Mantralaya on Wednesday. This has columns written by officers of the various department, short stories, jokes, poems and recipes. Secretary of Directorate of Public Relation and DG Brijesh Singh other officers like Ajay Ambekar, Devendra Bhujbal and editor of the magazine Suresh Vandile along with the editorial team were present on the occasion.
