Mumbai - Kanhaiya Kumar, student leader from the JNU, has strongly criticized the Modi government while addressing a garbage transporters’ action committee meeting held Azad Maidan in the city on Friday. He said that the Modi government has got a recharge only for five years and not for the whole life. He lashed at the State government as well on the issue of contractual sanitation workers. Social worker from Gujarat, Jignesh Mewani said, “A campaign is run to make clean India but sanitation workers are not paid their salaries. This is shameful.” It is worth to see whether sanitation workers get justice after the entry of Kanhaiya Kumar in their fight.
