Shiv Sena Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray MLA Aditya Thackeray expressed his displeasure on social media as the voters who came to the centre in large numbers to vote had to face many inconveniences. At around 1:30 pm, he appealed to the Election Commission through an audio tape on social media. Voters are returning without voting as there are no facilities such as fans, drinking water, shade etc. at the polling station. Aditya Thackeray appealed that the Election Commission should help the voters.

For the last few days, the Election Commission had done a lot of awareness raising for voters to cast their votes in large numbers. Accordingly, Mumbaikar voters have come out to vote in large numbers. But they are facing inconvenience at the polling station. Tackeray appealed that the Election Commission should pay attention to this on Monday afternoon.h

Many voters who came to the polling station had to stand in the sun. There was no shade, fans, or water. He appealed that this is the responsibility of the Election Commission and the Commission should look into it.
