Mumbai – The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) felicitated its newly elected corporators here in the state party office on Tuesday. MP Supriya Sule felicitated these corporators in presence of state president Sunil Tatkare, city president Sachin Ahir and spokesperson Nawab Malik.
Tatkare, while addressing the programme, criticised the advertisements used during the BMC polls. “Though the party has got less numbers in rural areas and Pimpri Chinchwad municipal corporation, yet party’s success in election is commendable,” he said.
The NCP will organise a special meeting on March 4 to ponder over election results, informed Tatkare.
