‘Nitesh Rane is to be blamed for Khambata workers’ woes’
Mumbai - The employees of Khambata Company worked for the company for last so many years but they have got only despair. Last year, the company has laid off thousands of employees last year without giving them their dues and compensations. Those employees are now fighting for their rightful dues. They came together to fight against this injustice done to them and staged an agitation in the Azad Maidan under the leadership of social worker Anjali Damania and Shiv Sena leader and party spokesperson Neelam Gorhe. These employees have suffered losses due to MLA Nitesh Rane who is also the president of Maharashtra Samarth Kamgar Sanghtana, alleged Anjali Damania. She also alleged that Rane is involved in corruption in this case. Meanwhile, MLA Nitesh Rane has refuted Damania’s charges leveled against him. He criticized the Shiv Sena and said that Damania has been taking his name after visiting the Matoshri, the residence of Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray. He also claimed that people know whose backing Damania has. Meanwhile, the politics on the issue of workers has been adding to their losses.
