A judicial committee must be formed to investigate the amount of black money which has been collected from 8th November onwards. "Note ban is not a decision but a strategic move", told Kapil Sibal. "Many BJP leaders have been caught with new 2,000 rupee notes, why is BJP silent? Action must be taken against these leaders said", Sibal.
