After the Supreme Court issued a stay order on the construction of Shivaji Memorial, there were speculations that the Maharashtra government will make changes in the structure. However, the top officials on Wednesday confirmed that there will be no changes in either the statue or the plan for Shivaji Memorial.

Maharashtra government has denied the rumours about its plan to make changes in the memorial. It informed that the statue of Shivaji will be of the warrior sitting on a horse in the middle of Arabian Sea.
