Rane urges voters to oust SS-BJP

Vile Parle- Former Union minister Gurudas Kamat took a dig at Mumbai Congress president Sanjay Nirupam at Kokan Melava which took place on Sunday at Dinanath Natya Gruh around 8pm. Here, people of Kokani community were present in large number thinking that they will get to hear about Kokan. However, they became witness to Kamat- Nirupam’s verbal fight.

It started when Kamat was giving speech and Nirupam entered late. As he entered, Kamat changed his speech and said that he also got the chance to become Mumbai president but he gave up. He added that he works for the party and not for himself. Post speech, he went in for a handshake with everyone except Sanjay Nirupam and left the hall.

After Kamat left, Nirupam took a center stage and took a dig at the former. “I meet my local party workers all the time. I don’t work for any person but for party and society. I am here to make Congress win,” said Sanjay Nirupam, Mumbai Congress president.
After Kamat- Nirupam verbal fight, the most awaited senior Congress leader Narayan Rane criticised Shiv Sena and BJP. “SS president Uddhav Thackeray and CM Devendra Fadnavis meet each other in night at Matoshree and in broad day light they fake their fight. They are doing nothing good for the society,” said Narayan Rane. During this meet, MLC Bhai Jagtap, former MLA Kripashankar Singh, Gurudas Kamat asked people to vote Congress and to show the doors to SS- BJP.
