Mumbai- Saamna's executive editor Sanjay Raut is in trouble for ignoring the court summons. HC has warned Raut to stay present for the next summons i.e on 27th October or be ready to face the consequences.
Justice Patel had asked Raut to stay present in court on 26th August regarding late Bal Thackeray's will case. He remained absent on that day and followed the same for another date.
In December 2011, late Bal Thackeray wrote his death will and nominated Uddhav Thackeray and others as his heir for the property. However, this enraged the Jaidev Thackeray who claimed that while preparing the death will, Bal Thackeray was not in his senses.
