Borivali - Slum dwellers are likely to be rehabilitated on Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Railway and Mumbai Port Trust land. Mumbai BJP president Ashish Shelar said that very soon, the central government will pass the rehabilitation proposal. Along with Shelar, BJP Kirit Somaiya, Gopal Shetty, Atul Shah, Manoj Kotak met environmental, urban development and railway officials with this proposal. Shelar also said that decision of rehabilitating Mumbai Port Trust land will be taken in coming two weeks.
