Dadar – Adv Dr Sadhana Mahashabde resides in Mahim. She has been practicing at High Court from last 16 years. The demonetization of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes has also affected her professionally. She requires around Rs 15,000-20,000 for monthly expenditure but now she has been using money quite cautiously. The Pulekar family resides in Dadar. The family owns a workshop where Ganesha idols are made. All five members of this family are also affected by the decision of demonetization of high currency notes. But they supported this decision of the prime minister. Gangadhar Bamne, a Dadar resident, is the only earning source of his family. He earns only Rs 13,000 as monthly salary and takes care of his ailing father. Still, Gangadhar is happy by the demonetizing of high value currency stating that it would severely affect black money hoarders.
