Kandivali- Suman Singh, who has been associated with the Congress for about 20 years has decided to revolt. She filed her nomination papers on the last day of the nomination filing from the Rashtriya Samaj Paksha.
In spite of being an old hand with the Congress Party, Suman Singh was only given assurances of getting a ticket to contest for the BMC election from Ward 39.
Preparations for the nomination were almost done and she was called up to meet at night to get the ticket but she was not given the AB from. BJP coalition partner RSP dediced to cash on this opportunity and gave the ticket Suman Singh.
Suman Singh said that she made a big mistake of trusting Congress party adding Congress had just exploited party workers and supporters.
