Girgaum - The time is ripe to paint the city saffron, according to Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, who visited the C ward areas - Girgaum, Kamathipura, Kumbharwada to meet his party workers. The party chief gave the message loud and clear with his 'abki bar Shiv Sena sarkar in BMC elections' slogan. Present at the meeting were MP Arvind Sawant, ward chief Pandurang Sakpal, corporator Yugandhara Salekar, former corporator Hematai Shetye and other party workers.
