MNS organises the 'The Fridge of Humanity' at Mahim and Dadar offices to feed the needy

Coronavirus pandemic and the following lockdown has impacted the people in the worse possible manner, where many, even today are facing starvation. Lack of food, facilities and basic necessities is adding to their daily troubles and people want a solution to end their problems. However, times are tough and several kind-hearted people have been trying to help the needy in the society. Recently, videos of people starving were shared on social media and ever since the word spread, organizations along with the local municipal corporations have stepped forward to the help the society, thereby spread a good word.

It was not only about food. Young and old have joined hands to donate clothes, ration, books, medicines, shelter etc. Together, the society had found a purpose of being kind to one another. With an aim to add more the same, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has started such an admirable project.

Talking about the same, MNS leader Nitin Sardesai informed about that the party has launched an initiative in Mahim and Dadar areas. The project is focused on making sure that no one remains hungry or goes to sleep on an empty stomach. Information regarding the same was shared on MNS's Twitter account

The tweet was shared with a message from Nitin Sardesai which said, "With a noble thought of Nobody should sleep hungry, we are placing 'The Fridge of Humanity' at our Mahim and Dadar office. This is a community fridge. Citizens around these areas can come and keep cooked food, fruits, biscuits, bread, or any eatables in the fridge. The idea is, any needy or hungry person can come and take a meal from this fridge anytime. Requesting everyone in the vicinity to participate in this social initiative."

Several people congratulated the party on the same and appreciated the efforts taken by the members to help the society.
