The third season of the Master's National Snooker Championship 2019 is all set to kick off August 16 onwards. Several seasoned snooker stars will be competing to register themselves as the champions in the third Master’s National Snooker Championship 2019.

The championship will be organised and hosted by MIG Club from August 16 to 22, 2019. The event is being conducted under the guidance of the Billiards and Snooker Foundation of India along with the Billiards & Snooker Association of Maharashtra (BSAM).

Multiple National snooker champion and former World Billiards champion Geet Sethi (Gujarat), defending champion, Punjab-based Alok Kumar (PSPB) and former Asian Games Gold medalist, Rafath Habib (Railways), S.A. Saleem (Tamil Nadu), Sarang Shroff and Cherag Ramakrishna (both Maharashtra) are some of the foremost contenders for the title.

A total of 40-players from all across India have confirmed their participation in this tournament. The players have been divided into 10 groups and the format will initially be played on a round-robin league. Two players from each group will qualify for the knockout rounds.
