The Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana will be organising their annual 38th Victor D’Mello Memorial Invitational Rink Hockey Tournament 2019, under the auspices of the MHAL, and will be played under floodlights at the Gymkhana's tennis courts from April 8 to 12, 2019.
The five-a-side tournament will comprise of competition in three categories -- Men Open, Women and Veteran Men and the matches promise to produce top quality performances. This is a knockout tournament and each match will be played over a short 20-minute duration for women and veterans and 25-minute duration for men.

All leading players, representing the leading teams from the city will be seen in action during the five-day tournament.
Defending champions UK United, Companeroes SC, Ave Maria, Sea View SC, Bombay Republicans, Hockey Dadar. Mumbai Customs, Central Railway, and Western Railway are some of the teams that will feature in the Men’s Open category.
Eight women and veteran teams have confirmed their participation in the tournament. The winners and runners-up in each category will be presented with cash awards and trophies.
