Tinsel town’s popular actress Dipika Kakar won the title of Bigg Boss season 12. The Salman Khan hosted show saw its grand finale on Sunday night wherein Dipika Kakar and Sreesanth the Bhai-Behen Jodi of season 12 were the top 2 finalists on the show. Cricketer Sreesanth was announced as the first runner-up of BB12.
Dipika bagged the Bigg Boss 12 trophy and prize money of Rs.30Lakh. Dipika Kakar, Sreesanth, Romil Chaudhary, Karanvir Bohra and Deepak Thakur were the top five finalists. As per the legacy, during a task in the finale episode Dipika, Sreesanth and Deepak were given a chance to leave the game with an amount of 20 lakh and Deepak opted to go for it.
The season had started in the month of September and saw the finalists surviving for almost 15 weeks inside the beach themed BB house.
