The Central Railway will be carrying out a 6 hours mega block on 25 June. This is been done to carry out the maintenance work between Ambernath and Badlapur. This block will start from 9.10 am to 3.20 pm. Also, all up and down locals will not run on fast lines between Kalyan and Dombivali from 9.20 am to 12.50 pm and on slow lines from 9.10 am to 3.20 pm. Along with this, no local will halt at Thakurli station from 9 am to 3.30 pm. Commuters who wish to travel from CST- Ambernath, CST-Kasara, Aasangaon and Titwala will resume post 12 pm and vice-versa will resume post 12.45 pm.
Meanwhile, to ease the commuters travelling, Railways will run special locals from CST - Dombivali- CST, CST- Thane- CST, Kalyan- Kasara, Asangaon, Titwala- Kalyan, Kalyan- Ambernath- Kalyan. Karjat – Khopoli local will run according to the timetable.
The long distance trains namely CST- Kolhapur Koyna Express, CST- Nagercoil Express, LTT- Kakinada port, CST- Hyderabad Express running on slow line will get to halt at Diva station.
