Bandra, Mumbai -
Looks like Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is has been taking the project of Metro works quite seriously since he has been running constant checks for Metro 3 for the last two nights. While on Monday during the midnight, he was seen inspecting the metros from Seepz to Colaba, on the other hand, he was found checking the work being done for the metro car-shade in Wadala and Bandra West.
He further examined the work of Metro 7 by visiting the Pathanwadi, Malad and of Metro 2 by visiting DN Nagar, Andheri and IC Colony, Borivali. Moreover, it was in the presence of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, that the U-Grinder was first installed for Metro 7. As a matter of fact, the Fadnavis also travelled to the bus with MMRDA officials to take stock of the work.
On the occasion, CM told the journalists the speed at which the work of Metro is going on in Mumbai is simply matchless compared to the speed of work of Metro that is running in other cities of the country. He further added that although because of the work of the Metro, people in Mumbai have to face a lot of troubles, but once the Metro would start running across the city a total of 9 million people will be able to travel in it.
