A mega block of two and a half hours will be conducted on the Konkan Railway line on February 9 from 9 am to 11.30 am for infrastructure works and maintenance between Adavali to Achirne section. Due to this, there are signs that the schedule of trains running on Konkan Railway will be disrupted.
The block on Konkan Railway will mainly affect the schedule of Sawantwadi-Diwa Express, Janshatabdi Express. Train No. 10106 Sawantwadi Road-Diwa Express starting on February 9 will be stopped for 90 minutes between Sawantwadi Road- Kankavali section. Train No. 12051 Mumbai CSMT- Madgaon Janshatabdi Express starting on February 9 will be stopped for 10 minutes between Ratnagiri station. Also, the schedule of other trains is likely to be disrupted.
