Height of Mulund railway platforms to be raised

Mulund - MP Kirit Somayia laid the foundation stone (Bhoomipujan) for increasing the height of the platform at the Mulund railway station on Monday. Somaiya assured passengers that work of increasing the height of platform number 1 and 4 will commence soon. He also recalled Monika More who lost her legs in a railway accident last year, due to the low level of the platform. This decision will ensure safety of the passengers, Somaiya said.
