Mumbai: CR to run 12 special trains for Holi

Reservation of all these trains will start at the computerised reservation centre and IRCTC website with special charges

The Central Railway Administration had earlier announced to run 112 Holi special trains to manage the extra rush of passengers during Holi. Now, considering the extra rush of passengers during the festive season, 12 more Holi special trains will be run. Trains will go to Danapur, Gorakhpur, Chapra from Mumbai and Pune. Also some special trains will stop at Nagpur.

Two special trains will run from CSMT to Danapur on Central Railway. Train No. 01215 special train will depart from CSMT on March 21 at 11.25 am. Train No. 01216 special train will leave Danapur on March 22 at 7.30 pm. The train will stop at Dadar, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chivki, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction and Buxar.

Train No. 01083 CSMT to Gorakhpur will leave CSMT on March 22 at 10.35 pm. Train No. 01084 Gorakhpur to CSMT will leave Gorakhpur on March 24 at 3.30 pm. This train will stop at Dadar, Thane, Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Veerangana Laxmi Bai Jhansi Junction, Orai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Gonda and Basti.

Train No. 01471 Pune to Danapur SuperFast Special Train will depart from Pune on March 21 at 6.30 am. Train No. 01472 Danapur to Pune SuperFast Special will depart from Danapur on March 22 at 1.30 pm. This train will stop at Hadapsar (only for Pune to Danapur), Daund, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chivki, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, Buxar and Ara.

Train No. 01431 Pune to Gorakhpur Special train will depart from Pune on March 22 at 4.15 pm. Train No. 01432 Gorakhpur to Pune Special train will leave Gorakhpur on March 23 at 11.25 pm.

This train will stop at Daund, Ahmednagar, Kopargaon, Manmad, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi Junction, Orai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Gonda, Mankapur, Basti and Khalilabad. Train No. 05194 Panvel to Chapra Special will leave Panvel on 22nd and 29th March at 9.40 pm.

Train No. 05193 Chapra to Panvel special train will leave Chapra at 3.20 pm on 21st and 28th March. This train will stop at Kalyan, Igatpuri, Nashik Road, Bhusawal, Itarsi, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj, Banaras, Varanasi, Gazipur City and Ballia. Reservation of all these trains will start at the computerized reservation center and IRCTC website with special charges. Also Gorakhpur-Mahbubnagar, Chhapra-Secunderabad, Mahbubnagar-Gorakhpur, Secunderabad-Chapra trains will stop at Nagpur.
