For this, 'Chalo Card', 'Chalo App' service was implemented. However, since the Chalo Card of BEST has stopped being available for the past several months, passengers are facing inconvenience.

The passengers and the conductors are often at loggerheads with regards to the non availability of coins. Therefore, the BEST started the facility of 'Chalo Card' and 'Chalo App' for tickets and passes avoiding cash transactions. Many passengers have downloaded this app on their mobiles.

However, many are finding the card option more convenient than the mobile app. But, at present, the shortage of 'Chalo Card' has started to be felt in the BEST initiative. The card is requested from the passengers from BEST conductors. However, the card is said to be unavailable. Vehicles also get INR 50 for each card sold. Now this amount is also stopped.
