Landslide often takes place on Mumbai-Pune Expressway which has claimed many lives so far. In order to avoid such incidents, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) will take off the dangerous rock patches and will place a net across Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The work will begin on January 31, 2018.
According to the MSRDC circular, the roadblock will carry out from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in phases.
