The Central Railways will operate a special traffic and power block for the dismantling of the old public foot over bridge at Thane station spanning over Up slow line to Down fast line. They are using two OHE cranes during the intervening night of November 20-21 (Saturday/Sunday night).
The block will be operational from 01.10 hrs to 04.40 hrs due to which the train running pattern will be as under:
Cancellation of suburban services on November 21
T-1 Thane local leaving CSMT at 00.28 hrs
T-4 CSMT local leaving Thane at 05.16 hrs
Change in starting of suburban services on November 21
T-2 Thane local will run from Kurla departing at 04.26 hrs
CTL-1 Titwala local will run from Mumbra departing at 05.25 hrs
Diversion of suburban services
Up slow services leaving Diva at 03.48 hrs, 04.15 hrs and 04.34 hrs will be diverted on the Up fast line from Diva to Mulund and will not halt at Mumbra and Kalwa stations.
The authorities have requested passengers to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused due to the special block.
Apart from this, the Central Railways will operate another special night traffic block on Up and Down fast lines between Vidyavihar and Kanjurmarg from 23.45 hrs to 04.45 hrs on the intervening night of November 20-21 for de-launching of old warren ‘N’ type foot over bridge at the middle of Vikhroli station.
