The Vande Bharat Express is being given stops at Thane and Kalyan on a trial basis. From August 4, Vande Bharat Express will halt at Thane and Kalyan.
As passengers from Thane district have to go to Dadar or CSMT to board these semi-high-speed trains, Thane MP Rajan Vichare demanded that both the trains should be given a halt at Thane.
Central Railway said Vande Bharat Express trains from CSMT to Shirdi and CSMT to Solapur in Mumbai will stop at Thane and Kalyan stations from August 4.
CSMT-Shirdi
CSMT-Shirdi Sainagar Vande Bharat train will reach Thane station at 6:49 am and depart after two minutes. Its scheduled arrival at Kalyan station is 7:11 am and departure is 7:13 am.
Shirdi-CSMT
Shirdi Sainagar-CSMT will reach Thane at 10:06 pm and will depart at 10:08 pm. The arrival and departure times of this train at Kalyan station are 9:45 pm and 9:47 pm respectively.

CSMT-Solapur
CSMT-Solapur Vande Bharat Express will arrive at Thane station at 4:33 pm and depart at 4:35 pm. It will reach Kalyan at 4:53 pm and depart at 4:55 pm, as mentioned in the press release.
Solapur-CSMT
Solapur-CSMT Vande Bharat Express will reach Kalyan station at 11:33 am and depart at 11:35 am. Solapur-CSMT Vande Bharat Express will reach Thane station at 11:50 am and depart at 11:52 am.
