Due to the Metro-3 work, the Western Express Highway will stay close for a few days. This kind of rumour has been viral for the last few days on the Whatsapp and Social Media. Mumbaikars are being confused. MMRDA's co-operation director (public relations) Dilip Kawathkar has termed this as a mere affair. He gave this information while speaking to the Mumbai Live.
Due to Metro 3 work, from past few days, traffic jam is active on the Western Express Highway. Because of which people are facing a lot of problems. Because of this, rumours are also being raised that due to the Metro work, the Western Express Highway will be closed from midnight till 5 a.m. Dilip Kawathkar has denied the rumours and has asked Mumbaikars not to pay attention to this.
