Everyone welcomed their Ganesha with full zeal and enthusiasm and its time to say Good bye to Bappa. As per the tradition, after keeping the Bappa in the household for 1.5 or 11 days, the idol of Bappa is immersed in the sea water. Thousands of devotees part with Ganpati Bappa with hopes in their eyes, requesting him to visit their homes again the next year. For dissolution of Bappa at Girgaum Chowpatty, since morning till evening 4, around 800 Bappa idol been immersed. And around 155 idol of Ganesha was immersed in a temporary pond.
